Michel Desjardins is Professor of Religion and Culture at Wilfrid Laurier University Waterloo, former Chair of Laurier’s Department of Global Studies, and currently Associate Dean: Research and Curriculum, in the Faculty of Arts. He has taught and published in the areas of Early Christianity, Peace and Violence, Food and Religion, and the Academic Study of Religion in North America. Dr. Desjardins is also a 3M National Teaching Fellow.
