  are speaking on August 18 at the first annual Balsillie School of Interna
 tional Affairs (BSIA) Technology Governance Summer School in Waterloo.\nTh
 is course provides graduate students with an in-depth understanding of the
  technology-policy nexus – an interface which has become a critical requ
 irement for effective policy analysis and implementation. Students joining
  the course with predominantly policy and social science backgrounds will 
 learn about the relevant domains and discourse supporting technology innov
 ation\, as well as the issues\, datasets\, and trends underpinning this em
 erging and increasingly relevant area.
