When: July 30-31
Where: George Ignatieff Theatre, Trinity College 15 Devonshire Place, Toronto
The First World War transformed global geopolitics and shaped almost every aspect of the world we live in, from military strategy to medicine, from economics to poetry. The Bill Graham Centre for Contemporary International History and our partners are proud to present a two-day conference on this conflict and its legacies, bringing together leading historians and other scholars. The first day deals with the conflict itself, its origins and conduct, the second day explores its many ramifications, from the level of international politics to that of life in Toronto.
Registration to attend the In Memoriam is separate from the conference. If you would like to attend the In Memoriam, order your tickets here.
