Executive Director Cesar Jaramillo will moderate a discussion examining both the challenges to achieving “Total Peace” in Colombia and what is being proposed in the struggle to implement the multidimensional package of initiatives promoted by the President and Vice President of Colombia.  Part of this “package” is to create a Ministry of Peace as an integral component of the government.
