Kelsey’s research focuses on conventional arms controls and the Canadian arms trade. He monitors Canada’s export of conventional weapons and their use in conflict abroad.
He also maintains the Canadian Military Industry Database (CMID), the most comprehensive database of Canadian arms exports available.
He holds an MA in Peace and Conflict Studies from Conrad Grebel University College, University of Waterloo, and a BA in Political Science from Western University.
