BSIA Technology Governance Summer School

Ploughshares Senior Researchers Jessica West and Branka Marijan are speaking on August 18 at the first annual Balsillie School of International Affairs (BSIA) Technology Governance Summer School in Waterloo.

This course provides graduate students with an in-depth understanding of the technology-policy nexus – an interface which has become a critical requirement for effective policy analysis and implementation. Students joining the course with predominantly policy and social science backgrounds will learn about the relevant domains and discourse supporting technology innovation, as well as the issues, datasets, and trends underpinning this emerging and increasingly relevant area.
